Marcus Ide has extensive experience within the sector gained through exposure as a contractor, project manager and developer. Skilled in overseeing projects from initial acquisition through to construction and finally disposal.

Sean Cochrane is principal designer at Cochrane Design, an award winning architectural and interior design practice based in London. The company delivers prestigious projects to prime locations worldwide. Sean often features in the UK interiors press and is currently the UK correspondent for Habitat magazine in South Africa.

MANNY APARICIO

Project Manager

Manny Aparicio has been involved in the construction industry for 17 years, with experience in managing projects in the residential, hotels and leisure, civil engineering and telecommunication sectors. Core competencies include project management, cost consultancy, quantity surveying and specialist hotel consultancy.

The role of project management is essential to ensure the effective mobilisation, commencement and ongoing delivery of every project.
